The pattern is hand-drawn by experienced pattern masters, meticulously detailing every stitch to be identical to the original. The pattern s width and height reach 98%, with the entire pattern reproduced from the original design, taking 15 days to complete. All details on the garment are 1:1.

The jacquard knit features 3 colors. Each garment piece takes 211 minutes to knit, resulting in a long production time, high material loss, and extended lead time. The yarn used is 101/2 combed cotton, dyed to order, with color similarity reaching 99%.

Compared to ordinary cotton yarn versions on the market, the 101/2 combed cotton produces a more delicate texture. The raw material fibers reach 25-35mm, making the knitted fabric finer, less prone to wrinkling, and achieving a pilling resistance of level 4-5.

In contrast, garments made from ordinary cotton yarn wrinkle easily, showing creases after a single wear, and develop pills after only a few uses.
